We are the data controller for the personal information you provide through this website.

What we collect

When you complete our quote form or contact form we collect the details you enter, such as your name, business name, email address, telephone number, the service you are enquiring about and your message.

If you upload artwork with a quote request, we store those files privately so we can prepare your job.

We also record a reference number, the date and time of your enquiry, the page it came from and a one-way hashed version of your IP address, which is used only to limit spam submissions.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, check and produce your artwork, and arrange collection or delivery.

We send an internal notification to our sales team and a confirmation email to you containing your reference number. We do not use enquiry details for marketing unless you ask us to.

If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics records page visits, campaign information and website interactions so we can understand how people find and use the website. We do not send your quote or contact-form details to Google Analytics.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the service providers that host this website, store our enquiry records and deliver our emails, and with anyone we must share it with by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and artwork are kept for as long as we need them to handle your job, answer follow-up questions and meet our accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details on this page and we will respond as quickly as we can.

If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
