About these terms

These terms apply to printing, graphic design and artwork services supplied by Vivid Design & Print Co, 3 Newport Road, Stafford, ST16 2HH, and to the use of this website.

Quotes and orders

Quotes are based on the specification you give us, including quantity, size, material and finish. If that specification changes, the price may change and we will confirm this with you before continuing.

An order is accepted once we have confirmed the details with you and, where applicable, received approval of the artwork.

Artwork and proofs

You are responsible for making sure that artwork you supply is correct and that you have the right to use any logos, images, fonts or text within it.

We check supplied artwork for size, resolution, bleed and general print suitability and will tell you if something needs adjusting. Final responsibility for spelling, wording, contact details and prices in the artwork rests with you.

Where a proof is provided, production begins once you approve it. Printed colour can vary slightly between materials, finishes and screens.

Turnaround, collection and delivery

Turnaround times are estimates based on the job and the time artwork is approved. We will always tell you if a deadline is at risk.

Orders can be collected from our Stafford town centre shop during opening hours, and free local delivery is available in the Stafford area.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed with your quote or order. Personalised and printed-to-order items are produced specifically for you.

Problems with an order

If anything is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as possible on 01785 847600 or at sales@vividdesignandprint.co.uk and we will put it right where the fault is ours.

Because printed items are made to your specification, they cannot usually be returned once produced correctly to an approved proof. This does not affect your statutory rights.
